Exercise of any sort will help.

- Exercise and Depression
- http://www.webmd.com/depression/guide/exercise-depression

Improved self-esteem is a key psychological benefit of regular physical activity. When you exercise, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These endorphins interact with the receptors in your brain that reduce your perception of pain.

Endorphins also trigger a positive feeling in the body, similar to that of morphine. For example, the feeling that follows a run or workout is often described as "euphoric." That feeling, known as a "runner's high," can be accompanied by a positive and energizing outlook on life.
Beyond that, a nice warm bath.

well, considering you said this six days ago, i'm hoping that you aren't feeling like that anymore. but, if you do feel like it again, it's actually hard to tell you what you can do, to make you feel better. since, people tend to cheer up with different things, it's never the same, for everyone. like for me, i would like to talk to my friends about my woes, but they end up making me feel even worse. so, i would do something i love, that i know can still help divert my attention away from anything. like, cooking, sketching, and creative writing. if that doesn't help, i always know that laughter is the best medicine, so i just watch a bunch of comedic things, until i forgot why i was upset in the first place.but yeah, like what i said in the first place, it all depends on you.

but, if you do feel like that again and all of that jazz, feel free to come to me. i shall try to go through it with you, if that will help.

This. Laughter (and warmth) is the best medicine in many cases.

Degenerates, they sadden me. Or that people think they get real life lessons from melodrama and dumb so called real drama movies like "American Beauty", the point is to make you feel like shit, but its not actually contributing other than guilt, so the one who came up with that idea should be booted out. Studying psychology and knowing a human however requires knowledge which works, gloomy and downheaded people is your own gloomy curse.
