it won't let me upgrade to premium. It keeps saying I already have a premium account. It expired a month ago. help

Next Billing Date: May 4, 2016 (***by the way today is June 6th****)

however my payment was declined I had not changed bank cards. I have tried everything But It wont let me renew it says I am a Premium member already. But when I got to watch anime it has ads and asks me to sign up fro premium. Can anyone point me to Customer service so I can resolve this i have been a Cr member for three years now and have never had any problems

Reported it to the payments team. Once they have expired your membership, use /premium_pick_plan?membership=premium to resubscribe.

My previous card expired, and it says there's a problem with my updated card. I thought it was a problem with the free trial since I had that in the beginning already, but it won't let me skip the trial either. It takes me to a page where I can choose between monthly, 3 months, or 6 months billing, but when I select 1 month it just loads an error screen.
