Fun Fact 1: For every person you pass on the street there is a likely chance that person might be a serial killer.

Fun Fact 2: If you shout "Bloody Mary" at the mirror at three in the morning, your mother will come and yell at you.

Fun Fact: If you are ever in San Francisco and some foppish guy asks you if you'd like to try the San Francisco treat, say NO. It has nothing to do with rice-a-roni. I had to learn this the hard way.

Well, I do have an actual fact that is also gross.

There is so much bacteria in the average adult's intestinal tract that it amounts to two pounds worth of bacteria.

On that note, TIL that a serial killer named Richard Alcala appeared on "The Dating Game" in 1978. He was the winner chosen by the female contestant for her date, incidentally.

Ok. Lemme see, fun fact that isn't gross...

An attosecond is a measurement of time. How short is an attosecond? It is 0.000 000 000 000 000 001 of a second. How short is that? Well, light can travel around the Earth 7.5 times in one second. In an attosecond, light can travel the span of...two hydrogen atoms. An attosecond is to a second what a second is to about 31.71 billion years.

Blowing your mind? Well, there are even shorter units of time than that, but attoseconds are mind blowing enough.

Planck time!!!! Lets talk about that.

A Planck time is the smallest measurable unit of time, it is the time that it takes light in a vacuum to travel one Planck unit. A Planck time roughly equivalent to 10^-43 seconds. 1 attosecond is equal to 1.855e+25 Planck time.
