Here's a whole page of reasons why the UK should stay in the EU.

Oh man! Lmao! Seems like Norway understood economics!

There's good and bad to both sides, I think we should at least try leaving the EU if only for a time to see if it truly is better to be free or not, we've got all these theories on what could happen but not every theory is bound to be true and Britain certainly isn't doing too great these days being inside the EU

Wasn't the United Kingdom "free" prior to joining the European Union? Why would it be hard to revert back?

Personally, as an United States citizen (American), I would encourage you to vote to leave. Why should some other countries dictated how another runs or trades or anything?

Off topic but I feel the US should pull out of NATO. NATO is no longer important nor is it functional. I am also against the World Bank and it's influences. Unfortunately it has a lot of money that most countries need to function operational.
You're making me sad the Scottish independence vote was a no . After thinking about it more I do lean more towards leaving as I do feel something has to change, same reason I was a yes voter. Why is it so hard to just have a country that's a nice place to live where everyone gets along, life doesn't last long so why make it difficult for others...

As an American, it seems like the EU is a mixed bag. The single market makes sense, but it seems very undemocratic when it comes to choosing a lot of its leadership. Too many regulations of things that don't need to be regulated, and unrestricted immigration seems to have caused more immigration to the UK faster than the new arrivals can be assimilated into their culture, not to mention the drag on social services.

Either way, glad they are leaving it to the voters. The US needs to drop its official stance on the issue and let the democratic process play out.

I'll be heading back to vote, they're pro's & cons on both sides but after reading up on a lot of what they both are I'm inclined to vote out.

Leave the EU and join NAFTA! 2/3 of us were your former colonies and we already come to each others aid without being in a useless little union. All we want is your trade monies!

We can make a new union with the US, Britain, Canada, Mexico, Japan and maybe Australia and NZ, with hookers and booze, wait....forget the countries, lets just keep the hookers and booze.

Sounds like the best plan ever!

I don't live in the UK so can't say what I would vote but leaving would probably benefit the UK economy more if it's played smart, EU isn't that good of a trade agreement anymore and they keep increasing their influence by regulating matters they shouldn't even have any power on.

The EU is a bloated whale.

Dynamite it. Without being a true union, there is no real point. Countries are not "states". Trade agreements can be made without being a union of countries. Europe has a lot of tiny countries, and a lot of nuances between historical difference. Austria is a great example. It used to be huge.

Europe would be better off combining small countries into new nations, but we know that never happens without force. And, also, cultures would be lost.

So, for this era in life, it is better off being small little parts and paying the consequences for that outcome. Europe is very inefficient.
