Nah food just helps me cope and I can't eat many unprocessed foods due to taste and texture.

My diets always been bad due to that its just I eat more now

To eat fruits and vegetables without getting sick would be amazing I hate only having the same 4 fruits and veg haha

Why not process your food, then? Figure out what you can or will eat, and start working everything else into it. Much of 'processing' involves just grinding everything up into a paste and then reforming it.

If I had the time I would there is a reason why I buy pre made food these days where I live it's cheap to do that only costs a tiny bit more then if you made it yourself and said meals are products that have veggies and stuff in them.

My problem lies at soda and candy which is what I use to cope.

I can't remember when I last ate more calories via food then liquid trying to slowly solve that problem and the less stressed I am the less I drink.

It's a problem but I'm working on it

I work out for an hour a day on most days and walk to my college which takes 2 hours every weekday I always found exercise to be aggravating but I do it cause it's good for your health and with music I don't mind it.
