I
Watashi =This is used for normal situations and it is considered to be formal
Ore = This is used for mostly younger men, and is considered very informal (only use with very very close friends)
Watakushi = This is rarely used in normal situations. It is used by older people
Jibun = Self
-
Boku = This is used by young men, not too informal.
----------------------------------

WE
In order to say "We," You have to add "Tachi(pronounced dachi)" to the end of your "I"s.

Watashi tachi = We
Ore Tachi = We
Boku Tachi (or) ra = We
----------------------------------------

YOU

Anata = The standard "you," can be used in both formal and informal situations
Omae = The very very very informal "You," You use this when you want to get slapped around by Shana
Kono = This means "This," but can be used in "you" situations. Considered to be down right rude and informal. If you watched Zero No Tsukaima, you get the perfect example of, "YOU STUPID DOG! KONO BAKA INU!" I feel for you Saitou :(
Kimi = usually used towards younger people in a more informal way.

You usually only hear it in anime, but it's a pretty darn informal way of saying it.

Yeah, there's no real "I" that women can grab onto as their own, they're pretty much free to use anything. (given boundaries)

You could always be like Ayu in Kanon and use "Boku" if you're a girl...although people will look at you weird.

Yes, it is, and from what I've heard, it's very informal and mostly used by men.. They use plenty of "kimi" in j-rock songs. :-D

Oooooh i see.. so if say "omae", it sounds abit rude unless that person is ur friend? Or its a taboo u cant use it if only u r allowed to? Because "anata" is so familiar to anyone n it can be sounded like calling someone "dear" "darling"

nah, think of "darling" or "dear" as a seperate "anata". Anata can be used as a way to address your spouse, but it's also just a general way of calling someone "you".

and PLEASE, do not EVER say "omae" to ANYONE... They will completely get offended. MAYBE you can use it for your childhood-share-the-tub-everyday-best-friend.
