They're all more or less connected. Math is effectively the method by which we measure and quantify our world - thus it is the lynchpin for scientific advancement of any kind. All science involves math in order to do what science does - after all, how can we answer questions about the natural order of the universe if we don't have any way of quantifying our observations? Every scientific experiment ever requires quantifiable objective proof to demonstrate a hypothesis - and without math, obtaining that proof would be impossible.

Without math, we would not have Physics. Without Physics we would not have Chemistry. Without Chemistry we would not have Earth Sciences like Geology or Meteorology, nor would we have Biology. Without Biology we would not have any of the social sciences such as Anthropology, Sociology, et cetera, nor would we have any of the medical sciences. And without any of the pure sciences we would not have Engineering or Applied Sciences, and without that we would not have Technology, which means we'd still be eating raw meat, living in caves, and running around with rocks, with no clue about who we are, who we were, who we are going to be, what is this, what is that, and what is the universe, why are we here, are we alone, et cetera ad infinitum.
