Hmmm, I don't think so. Marriage doesn't make much sense to me. That's not to say I wouldn't want to be with one person for the rest of my life - I just don't want to marry them.

Someday, yes. However I don't think it'd be for a while yet as I'm only 18 and don't think I'd be ready for that level of commitment, although you can never truly know what's around the next corner in life.

Don't make that big mistake and get married too early, wait until you're well out of uni and have a stable career.

Don't worry, I know that it's not something to rush into. Also, I don't have to worry about uni as I'm off to basic training in 4 weeks .

I'm sure it would be something I'd like to do one day, just not now, I still want to travel a bit more and finish grad school.

They do, I was just joking (this is why I use a lot of emoji, text has no accent or tone to it ) but it's a very stable job, in that you don't have a chance of being laid off at any time, unlike nearly everything else here which is what made me choose this career path. Plus there are many here who have worked hard at uni yet can't do anything with their degree as no one is hiring, which would be a horrible position to be in.

Some times I do, other times I don't. We need to be the right people for each other. As far as kids, it's really up to her.

I had someone ask if I would marry her to split the increase in my pay check once. I gave her a dumbfounded look. She changed her mind quickly. That marriage would had a bad ending.

If I find the right person, sure. Hearing some of the price tags from friends getting married, I think I'd rather elope, though.

It sounds pretty good to me to be honest. I like the idea of spending the rest of my life with a partner and maybe even starting a family. Just sounds good to have someone to be in love with.
Someday I'd like to have a wife.

Same here!

I have been in a relationship for 12 years. I am 31 now, yet I have no plans to marry. I am not the typical girl that dreamed of a big wedding. The thought of people even looking at me, the insane amount of money and planning, and the cheesy reception with the same songs is just not appealing at all. I'd probably go to a judge and be done with it. If we do, it's because we have a kid, which hasn't happened.
