Well, if these "sovereign citizens" insist on not having to deal with the hassles of living under a government then they can-

-Build and drive on their own roads

-Pay for their own emergency services to assist them when they need help.

-And generally just create their own assorted branches of services to assist them in their daily life.

But damn, that's such a complicated, expensive process. Its almost like we need a larger, overarching authority to oversee and supervise the creation and maintenance of all these assets.

Perhaps, something to GOVERN them?
