Right after putting in login information the app crashes once it tries to logs on. I am on iOS 9.3.2

I'm also having this issue on the original (large) iPad Pro. The Manga app is fine till I provide my username and password.

Once I do that, the app crashes, and keeps crashing. I tried removing the app, reloading it from the App Store, and it exhibits the same behavior.

I had not tried running the App since the upgrade to iOS 9.3.2, but something seems to be broken.

It seems that this problem has existed ever since Apple upgraded to iOS 9.3.2. I contacted support and they said it was a known problem and should be fixed over the weekend. That was three weeks ago. Others have reported the issue in the iOS help section. Keeping fingers crossed. The only upside is that there will be a lot of new chapters when fixed.

When will I be able to use this app on my iPhone again? As soon as I login the app crashes. I haven't been able to use it for most of the year. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. Same issue.

You have described a known problem. It seems to have ben reported in May 2016 and has not been fixed yet. about two weeks ago I got through to someone on support Chat who said that the delay was on Apple's end as they were not approving the replacement app. The only thing out on the record on this known issue is a very LOUD nothing. Crunchy is a communication company, so communicate already. At least publicly state that it is being worked on. Some mention of the issue should stop the rumors that CR is dropping manga.

I am troubled that there has been no public statement from CR clarifying this issue. My OPINION is that there will be no solution until after the release of IOS 10 which is scheduled for Sep. 13.
When half of the service that are paying for vanishes for 4 months I would think that a responsive company would respond.

It's not like I'm asking for half my Premium fee back.

iOS 10 didn't fix it. All I can guess is that they're either not maintaining their app anymore or they've failed to maintain or contract a team large enough or skilled enough to update the app. It's a shame but it's been broken for almost 4 months now with not so much as a publicly acknowledgement that there is a problem.

We are now in to October, IOS 10 is released, and still CR has not fixed the problem that was reported in May. I do not know the numbers effected, but the Manga App is still unusable. We are still paying for it. That is a definition of "fraud". Still CR is NOT talking to those of us complaining about the issue. If you read anything from CR there seems to be no problem. I called a couple of months ago and was told that the problem was on Apple's end. That now seems like a lie. There are a lot of Manga readers out there that have met Apples guidelines and work very well, some much better that CR's ever did. If they can do it why can't CR? One possibility might be that CR has partnered with Funamation for more Anime and is reducing or eliminating Manga. The paying customer must be told or it is the same a stealing our money.
Any junior college student with a knowledge of Swift should be able to put out a Manga App from scratch in a month or less, and the another month for Apple to approve it.

Communicate with us. Don't take our money for services that you are not delivering.

23 MORE days and counting. Aki and all others; we are still waiting. Your email was , at least, a private admission that there is a problem and I thank you for it. CR on the other hand still has not admitted to a problem in public. It makes me wonder what percent of the Manga readers experience this issue, or even how many Manga readers are trying to use their iPads to access CR?

Still waiting and getting tired of it,
