I was once had a dream that I was taking physics test and the time was running out and I didn't know the answers. I panicked and woke up to realize that I had an essay exam and had no idea what to write, but It was also a dream. After that I woke up for real.

I've had a few dreams where I enjoy some made up person so much
that I go to a place where they worked or were in the dream
in the hopes that I'd meet them there.

Because I've actually met 2 or 3 people I've dreamed about the day before.
Not that they remember ME. ;P

I have one, but there's really no good way for me to talk about it concisely and without rambling.

YES. I've dreamt that I did all my clients' work, wrapped up some projects, and billed them nicely, 5 minutes before the end of the day 5:30PM. Only to wake up to a phone call from my client at 6AM: "Hey, can you edit this 90 page document while I get on my flight? I need it in like 3 hours!"

............ Stupid dream.

Most of my dreams feel very real. Which is weird because I most of my dreams are bizarre existential nightmares.

most of my dreams are extremely vivid. However, one from a few weeks ago stuck out. I was sleeping and in my dream someone said to me that they would see me soon. when I woke up I wasn't sure I had been sleeping, and then I heard someone trying to open the door. I was really freaked out but it turned out to be my neighbour who was intoxicated and mistaking his flat for mine.

I've had a few of those 'dream inside a dream inside a dream' ones. When I wake up I feel so disorientated for a while.
Also ones so vivid when I wake up I get depressed.

Let me tell you about the strangest dream that I've ever had. It happened a few months ago. In this dream, me and an older friend was traveling around the world like nomads. We came upon this island in our boat. When we arrived to this island, we were shown around. They had houses and even streets built. It was quite an advanced island. On this island I met a girl, she had long black hair, which I think was curly. She wore a dress that complimented her body very well.

Now here's where it gets weird. Me and this girl fell in love, and we kissed for a good 15 seconds. This kiss was so vivid, so fucking vivid, I felt every sensation. Now here is where it gets even weirder. After the kiss lasted about 15 seconds, I "woke up" and I was on my bed....except I didn't wake up. I was still inside a dream. My room looked just like it does when I wake up, everything looked perfectly normal, and I was sure that I had just woken up from a dream, but I didn't realize that I was still dreaming. And then as I'm lying on my bed...still inside a dream... suddenly her face flashes in my head, my eyes close, and she kisses me again while I'm lying on my bed, and again it felt so real. This kiss only lasted a few seconds, but then after that kiss I woke up for real.

I don't know what it means, maybe it was my lover from a past life, because I do believe in reincarnation. But man it's so mysterious.

I just had a nightmare, and it felt so real. I woke up crying. Haha. Funny what your brain can do to fool you, eh?

So, have you ever had a dream so vivid and so real that it felt like it actually happened? What was it like for you to have such a dream?

Enjoy!!!

That's the case for literally all of my dreams. They're always incredibly anchored to reality with certain things never changing. For instance last night I dreamt... well how do I explain it? I was in a star wars esque era (hear me out it felt real) but that changed soon after because it suddenly became a puzzle game. I had to figure out stuff in a VERY familiar place, I feel like I've been there but I can't put my finger on it, that was a house. I had to complete this weird contraption for some reason and there were very human characters with me along the way. It was just so... detailed! I felt like it was reality (like all of my dreams make me feel) because it was so lifelike. Then I finished the thing and I woke up. Lately that's been happening, I get to the end then wake up. Makes me feel like that's an actual reality and to get back to this one I have to do something. Meh whatever. Dreaming is fun.
