I have had CR for a while now, though last year I went to nonpaying member, I just recently downloaded the app on my Samsung Galaxy 10.1 Tab again and as I was trying to watch a show I got the intro of the show then it went to constant ads. I closed out the app and tried again 2 more times, to see how long the ads would go for I timed it I gave up hope of the ads ending at 10 minutes:13 seconds:42 nanoseconds. Now I understand that you have to show ads to pay for the free service but 10 minutes seems like an unnecessary length of time. Especially if it's the same ads repeatedly (Citi, Dodge, CR...)

Is there anyway to fix this issues?

**Note** I tried to do the 14 day free trial and it said that my card wasn't accepted because you only take Visa(which my card is), MC, and Discover but when I tried to redo my card number to see if I missed a number it said I couldn't do the free trial because I had already used that card (same card from the first time) for a free trial. Is this going to be an issue of me getting charged?

No. I don't want to try again if they have my card down for a free trial, I want the trial and not to get charged when I didn't recieve the service.

edit: you were supposed to get no less than 20 minutes of ads. they're working to fix this bug.

Is it a pre-paid card?
