I watch lots of USA shows that are actually filmed in Canada. The areas they film are so lush, it just wants me to take a backpack and walk into the forest. To bad I can't afford a ticket. I can still imagine though.

The snow is always whiter accross the border.

What keeps you from putting on a backpack and walking until you disappear into the woods, where you live as a survivalist until 140 years later you're rediscovered and proclaimed the Canadia Prime Minister?

It's nothing but man eating large cats, bears and wolves. Even the birds of prey will buzz your head then look back at you just to let you know you're on their turf and they are watching.

Canada eh? Lots of pretty trees eh and mountains too, eh. Agree that it's nice place to visit if you like somewhat untouched nature on the large scale, eh.

Canada is beyond beautiful. If you ever do go there be very careful. Going for a stroll in the wilderness in Canada is on a whole different level than going for a hike through the woods of say Nebraska or something. Maine has some pretty big and potentially deadly woods but Canada is still on another whole level. I'd put it right around the same level as Alaska. The wilderness there is just not some place you want to get lost in without any preparation or plan in place. It is beautiful though. There's a lot of reasons why Hollywood uses Canada in their movies. You can cover a lot of geographical areas in a very small area of Canada. Forests, plains, mountains, you name it. All beautiful. Plus for the most part Canadians rock.

I see where you're going. You don't want us to visit Canada and overstay our visit.

My Canadian friend doesn't wanna go back to Canada, due to weather reasons.

When it's winter, there's snow.
When it's spring, there's snow.
When it's summer, there's snow.
When it's fall, there's snow.

Personally, I won't spend way much time in Canada or any other snowy places out there. I can't deal with coldness; people can just rob me with a water gun.

I like the people more than the country. If I wanted wilderness I can go to Rainier, but it's hard to find a culture full of nice people.

My uncle always goes fishing in Canada with work buddies every other year. After looking at all the beautiful pictures he has taken of the, I really want to go fishing there too!
