I once escaped from Canadian Alcatraz. They told me to be back by bedtime.

Do you know PV Canada has some rather lax laws when it comes to the ownership of high calibre rifles..just saying ya know.

I see where you're going. You don't want us to visit Canada and overstay our visit.

Nope he really is saying that. The wildlife here is vicious, side benefit of having so much untouched wildness. But come, walk the woods, snuggle up to a three thousand year old ceder, wrestle a bear, and spend lots of money in the local shops.

Obviously you weren't back before bedtime, were you? You are in for such a stern talking-to whenever you come back.

You know too much about Canada's ways, and your lips are too loose. You must be silenced.

Send him to Nova Scotia.

They all disappear when we leave them in Nova Scotia

No. A far harsher punishment is warranted. Send him to the Klondike.

Then, if he can manage for 140 years, he can be prime minister when he gets back

aww, i'm glad you like my country. yea, it's got some nice scenery. [i grew up in the Gaspe peninsula which was once described as 'punch you in the face beautiful' which is quite true] i think it has to do with being the second largest country but having a relatively small population [the majority of which being along the US boarder] so there isn't a lot of urban development. [as well as a fair amount of environmental laws] i recommend coming by for a visit at least once, everyone's quite nice so i'm sure you'll find people to help if you get stuck. i know travel in Canada is crazy, i've always wanted to take the train out west [which goes through the rocky mountains and redwood forests] but a one way ticket for one person is almost 2,000$! you can find a cheap trip to say Toronto and use the transit to go into the country, or even out to Niagara Falls for day trips relatively cheep. if you speak French i highly recommend backpacking the coast of Quebec. so many people will hike through the coast over the summer. there's plenty of campgrounds [if memory serves there's one every 15 minutes in my home town anyway]

You say that now but once you're inside you'll get attacked by the savage Canadians and their bear armies; I do not recommend.
