"Normal" conversation is scripted conversation. We learn the rules and games by growing up surrounded by people participating in them. The relevant skill involved is really imitation, and picking up the rules quickly.

I have a lot of trouble understanding "normal" conversation, because I tend not to make many of the assumptions about meaning that it's common to make. I just don't pick up on what's being assumed. So I've always preferred just to make a few good friends who can actually understand me. I think that kind of relationship is better anyway - it isn't superficial.

I have nothing to say to anyone and no one has anything to say to me with the exception of co-workers. At work, idle chit chat is used to make the time go by more quickly.

Today at the ATM some guy tried to start a conversation with me about the weather. Given this is my go to as well sadly when starting conversations with costumers.

The perfect new anime to represent this:

But really, I really enjoy socializing with friends, but sometimes it takes too much energy, so I'd rather not in this case.

In real world, I'm very quiet due to deafness.. But on internet I talk up a storm.. Well sometime.

Some day I'm in mood to be talkive other day I rather just say Hi and bye that it.. That probably why I don't have Facebook or other Social Media.

Sometimes I like to talk to people. But since I work retail and most of my day is small talk, I keep to myself when I get off work quite often. Sometimes I'll post on forums like this but it's difficult for anyone to really get me into conversation besides some close friends.

That's so true, sometimes I strike up conversations with random people and some of them give me a weird look like why am i talking to them. People don't like to meet new people nowadays, unless your at a festival. People who are into music are usually more laid back.

I only talk with my friends. I have no sense of social cues, I just blabber on and on and on. It makes me feel awkward.

Just today at work I was playing mario khart on this dusty ninendo, in response to losing I say how I naturally sucked. One of my coworkers said "yeah with that attitude".

See? No social cues

stop being boring, and start being interesting. Here is a tip to be interesting. Tip 1, take up radical politics. Tip 2, listen to rage against the machine to confirm your radical political beliefs

Or just listen to Rage Against because the beat is ok.

What do you mean the beat? Rage isn't techno. It doesn't have that boots n cats type beat on loop for 4 minutes. Nah. It is an experience. there are multiple beats via the bass, drums, and whatever strange noise tom morello decides to do on his guitar at that particular moment. The rage does not come from the beat, it comes from within. If it was just the beat, the group would just be machine instead of rage against the machine. It is a symbiotic relationship of sorts.

Chill listen to some P-Funk man.

George Clinton is the man, man. I do dabble in some p-funk and other funk sub-genres. I dabble in some sly stone, earth wind and fire, ohio players, red hot chili peppers, and at the far end of the spectrum: primus.

You and I both know he is and it's always good to meet a brother under the Funk. All very good Funk bands and not too many people know that Funk more specifically George Clinton produced RHCP.

but if you want to know a huge influence on RHCP, then look up a band called Gang of Four. Look up some tracks from their 1979 album entertainment. Each song has some crazy nice bass lines and the guitarist Andy Gill is unique to say the least. Funkiest band from Britain that I have ever heard
