So I basically lost my premium membership from lack of support from Crunchyroll. Their payment page is not working. I was on chat with someone that did absolutely nothing for me and told me to wait till it worked? it never did work. I need help for someone to fix this. I pay monthly. My card expired so I got a new one way before the payment was due, I tried to switch it over, now it's saying I'm not eligible to do that because I'm already a premium member but clearly it, not a premium member because I can't use chat support, can't watch my show that just came out, and don't have access to any of the stuff I had access to before. I'm a paying customer..my account expired because of the lack of help Crunchyroll serviced me with! I'm so angry and frustrated. I've never had such horrible service ever from any of my other Tv apps. There is no way to contact you guys quickly without my account being active. apparently I have to wait two days even though none of this is my fault. this is unacceptable. My card works on other websites, it buys things perfectly fine. But for some reason, nothing is going through on your website. I need help and no one is helping me. The service is horrible and I have to wonder if it's even worth it anymore to do all this and no one is here to help. I want this to be done with today. Someone from Crunchyroll please contact me and help me make my payment I don't know what else to do I've tried everything. There is nothing about this on your helpdesk that is useful to me. Please fix this. I want my membership back. It expired yesterday. I've tried to make it work multiple times. Nothing works.

I'm extremely frustrated that this is happening. Get me on chat with someone i want this done with today!

So if I understand correctly:

1. Your account shows as Premium+ but isn't functioning as such.
2. You aren't currently paying for this non-premium status because your old card expired and the new one wasn't accepted.

If those facts, are correct, does your membership page show the "Cancel Membership" button? If so, have you tried using it (so that you could then resubscribe normally)?

If you aren't paying for benefits you aren't receiving, it could hardly make things worse.

I got help but another problem is happening with my app. I have premium listed on this account here but not on any of my devices. I tried logging out and then back in but I cannot watch any starred shows and am once again very upset. I'll try to put in payment again tonight to see if that fixes the problem but the payment page is not working for my new credit card. I've had this for almost two years and have never had any problems. Getting into contact with someone is extremely hard and I'm frustrated by that.

I did try that and it did not work. The only thing that worked was me making a whole new account and signing up that way but then I deleted that account after someone finally responded to me through email and fixed it to have fourteen days before it expires again. still that didn't fix the problem of me losing Premium since nothing works on my apps only on my computer and I don't really know what else to do since no one is ever constantly available for help there is not normal link to get to chat and I'm very very annoyed with the lack of communication and help on the site in general. I should not have to google a link to find your help. I'm so upset.
