I personally find it unattractive but if it makes some people happy then so be it,

Eh, let people do what they want. It's not my scene so I will probably never do it.

I would never do plastic surgery unless it was for something like a broken nose but to each their own. They can do what they want with their bodies. If they want to do it and it will make them happy I can't stop them.

It really depends. I mean, if it's just cosmetic and my mindset, I'd obviously use the money for something else. But, like for women who lose a vast amount of weight I can see why they would like to get surgery on their breasts or something. I'm a down to earth person, though, so...

I'm biased since it's a Trans-woman's best friend, but humans are obsessed with aesthetics. And, it's perfectly fine if people want it. Aside from the constant pressures...

Besides, the plastic surgery in the future is going to be so amazing to the point of actually being not plastic at all for the most part.

I'm on both sides of the fence with this but for very valid reasons.

I believe anyone has the right to change their body how they see fit. If bigger or smaller bodyparts will help cure their insecurities it's all well and good.

My problem lies not with the patient but with the Doctors/Processes. Plastic surgeons more often than not harp on the negatives to take advantage of those insecurities mentioned above for their own monetary gains. The hippocratic oath they swear on when beginning their practices has them swear to put the patient's well-being above all else. Quite a few plastic surgeons tend to forget ever taking it it seems. I've seen friends end up ill because of bad botox and leaky silicone implants throughout the years and these seem like somewhat common practices...then come the doctors who just screw up beyond all belief. It's the reason many Hollywood stars have pretty much just up and disappeared from the limelight over the years.

From past experiences, people who care THAT much about their appearances are usually not my type.

To each his own, though, I try not to judge.
