Yes it is indeed true. Mostly is a strong word but we think with it often.
Not like in a rapey way but we often think with it. I mean when we are young we get uncontrolable boners and for life we wake up with them.

I have never gotten an uncontrollable boner or woken up with one in my life...

I'm reopening this after cleaning up a ridiculous verbal punching match. As a result some posts may appear out of order, but at least there are no hidden pages (thanks to so much of what I deleted actually being on those last pages.)

Yes. But occasionally we switch on our higher brain functions and get some work done as well.

Though the question seems a little facile, it actually taps into something really important about how humans work.

Imagine a man who has been locked in a blank room or something for the first 17/18 years of his life. He is provided with nothing but food and playboy mags. He leaves the room, not even understanding communication, and sees a real woman. In this situation, he'd be so mentally undeveloped, he probably wouldn't even have a proper concept of theory of mind. He would probably immediately mount her. Her protests could only make him slow down a little - that's the most he can understand, because he doesn't even have a chance of grasping the concept of emotional scarring. He then carries her off and "keeps" her.

Now imagine a separate man. A really educated dude with lots of empathy and respect for others. He dates / seduces a woman in a completely reasonable manner, and has consexual sex, for the purpose of establishing a long term relationship where she is his and noone else's - a typical brotaku, if you will.

You look at the first guy and probably say "pff, he's max south head and minimal north head" and look at the second guy and say the opposite.

But they both have the exact same desires and they're both just using their brains to try and fulfill those desires. Bear with me - If we found out in 50 years that having a relationship with a woman actually caused her intense mental pain and it was horrendous torture for her, would that make you a bad person? Of course not, you had no way of knowing that was the case. The first guy's situation is exactly the same - he had no way of knowing he was causing pain, or doing things wrong. He was just as good as the second guy.

Both of them are using each of their heads in equal amounts to get sex, a partner, and all the other emotional and physical desires they wish to fulfill. It's just one is dumber.

This isn't a matter of "some individual men thinking with their penis more" or "men thinking about their desires more than women", all human beings are all trying to satisfy their desires - intelligence creates the illusion that some are doing it less than others. What separates us from animals is self awareness, knowledge and ability to think - not how much we try to ignore our penis and follow artificial ideals.

[EDIT:] Even if some people have weaker libidos, they're just listening to their desires to varying degrees.

Sorry for the long post lol.

Yes. Why not, when you let the other head do the thinking, you can just sit back and relax. For me at least it's the smarter head aiming to become a biologist, probing and exploring humans is it's specialty. I love my twin, couldn't live without it even if we happen to share a body.

No. I am the master of my domain! You should be able to answer this question based on your own personal experiences. While our sexual drive and drive to reproduce as well as just our general enjoyment of sex can and does play a huge role in our daily lives everyone is quite capable of controlling themselves. Obviously some people are better at it then others. I think if you take away the whole stigma and shame associated with sex (which comes from a lot of different factors such as upbringing, society or religion) then these questions become irrelevant. We all have urges, wants and needs but we are more than capable of controlling those urges. Nobody has ever spontaneously combusted due to a lack of sex or from having too much sex.

Also keep in mind that everyone is different. There are people who don't enjoy or even want to have sex just as there are people who are extremely sexually active. You and you alone know what is right for you just like you and you alone are responsible for the choices you make.

lol well i guess you avoid embarrassment in certian ways. Hard for me to understand. iam in a period of life where iam not doing a great deal of sexual stuff as far as having a partner but there is always hentai and porn and just the general way of thinking.
Like watching a tv show or movie or whatever and thinking of the female characters in a sexually attracted way.
Or playing a video game or watching anime even.

At least you wont be easily controleld or manipulated or persuaded by females. You wont be putting them on a pedestal or having your thoughts fogged or be distracted by them.

I dont really read or study but i game a hell of alot. It may prevent me having a girlfriend but not being horney or thinking sexually or at least thinking of women in a sexual way.

I do my thinking with my third head. The first is great with creativity, and the second just looks pretty.

technically yes and no. here is the thing biologically speaking the primary reason for our existence is to reproduce so most human/animal activity could be linked to it in someway male or female. for example the creation of farming enabled for people to have and support more kids, someone used their brains to think outside the box and discovered seeds could be planted and cared for to grow more food as well as capturing and breeding various animals like goats and cows etc.

It is men's instinct lol. Just like a female's instinct is to reject any male that isn't favorable for passing on genes

As a man let me give you the simple answer - no. Do you really think the many great accomplishments achieved by men were thought up by 'that' head? Having a sex drive doesn't mean all we do is think about sex, there are women out there with bigger libido's than men, it is purely down to the individual not one's gender. I for one think about a great many things, what games to play, what anime to watch, how I can help people, my impending boredom called work, my childhood, my dream for the future, you get the point so I for one am not thinking with my other head.

Prolly some accomplishments where, maybe some guys wants to impress that girl with his accomplishments. Like lots of animals do things to impress their mates, like birds try to build an awesome nest or do an awesome dance. And for people, its having a nice job or nice car, or whatever else.
