How many items do you have listed in your queue? If it's more than 50, that might be causing this issue.

Take a look at your /queue on the website; if you find anything with a white box instead of a thumbnail, remove it and see if that allows the queue to load in the app.

I just started seeing this a few days ago as well. I have well over a hundred items in my queue, and haven't noticed any previous problems. The notion that computer software can't manage more than a few dozen items in a queue is, I have to admit, almost insulting to me as a professional programmer, as it could only happen because of extremely sloppy programming.

eyeofpain, your recommendation to look for a white box on the website was spot on, so thank you. I noticed Phi Brain in my queue wasn't loading the thumbnail, and as soon as I removed it, my Xbox queue loaded. If anyone CR people are watching, you need to let your tech people know about this so they can fix it.

As a longer term fix, CR really needs to patch their software so the Xbox client doesn't rely on every single thumbnail being available to load without any reasonable timeout. This would explain why those with longer queues tend to have more issues, because there's simply greater odds of a particular show not being able to download its cover thumbnail for some reason, thus causing the entire queue download operation to fail.
