I see you just signed up today. Since Crunchyroll works on an autorenew basis they need your card on file, so you can't remove your card info while your premium membership is active. You need to first cancel the premium membership, then you would be able to remove the card.

If you are currently on a trial membership you'll need to wait a day or so to cancel while your payment info is being verified. After that you can cancel (but the premium membership will end immediately). If you plan to use the trial then wait a few days; if you do decide to cancel be sure to do it at least a day before the trial end date (if you try to cancel on the same day the trial ends, you won't be able to just cancel it yourself--you'll need to contact support to cancel, since your payment for the membership will have already started to be processed and only support can stop it at that point.)

It depends on which plan you choose, and your local exchange rate. Billing through iTunes will also cost more, due to Apple adding a service fee on top of the price of the subscription.

You can compare plans here: /en/premium_comparison, or following the 'Compare Plans' link at the bottom of any page.
