people change so by dying & coming back to like he probably have seen some dark stuff in the after life if there is one .
so he'll either be good if there is an after life or he will simply keep doing what he's been doing u know the casual stuff .. killing people

No. A life sentence is 80 years.

Interesting question. But the answer is clearly no, they would have to continue serving their sentence. Their time spent dead also cannot be counted as time served. As others have mentioned, in many jurisdictions a life sentence is actually a de facto result of a really long sentence of some # of years. If a person was dead for 25 years, the 25 years spent dead doesn't count towards the # of years they needed to serve.

When you say someone dies I assume you are referring to when someone goes into cardiac arrest or stops breathing and is then revived. Technically speaking the person is not dead at that point, if a person truly dies they cannot be revived.

So the answer is very simple, no because they didn't actually "die".

More interesting (but not by much) would be to ask if a deceased of a convicted killer came back to life after the trial, should the killer get out of jail?

Would the Killer try to collect money from the courts for not properly confirming that the victim was positively beyond revival?

His damage would be the loss of a place to sleep and free meals for the rest of his life because of the life sentence he was serving!

Here's a more pressing question: If a prisoner dies naturally while serving an absurdly long prison sentence, do they leave the body in the cell until their sentence is up?

I hate that term "coming back to life" or "I died for xxx minutes". Dead is dead. If you wake up you didn't die, period.

If the last save point is in the prison you're stuck there.

Nope, doesn't work that way. If it did then inmates would be linking up to off themselves in the hopes of getting resuscitated so they can get out. Nice try though. What are you in for? lol. JK

Probably not because some people get 300 years in prison.

uhm well... i dont think someone who dies could come back on their own and i highly doubt anyone would try to revive someone whos spending rest of their life in jail. plus often people who do eventually become high suicidal anyways.
