All the time, though not on purpose. In one of my communication classes at university, I learned that using hand gestures while speaking makes you seem more dynamic and interesting.

Not really, but I was trained for public speaking, so I know appropriate gestures and when to use them. In casual conversations, I'm obviously always holding a saucer and tea cup, so I'm not going to be gesturing.
