Gotta go with volcanic eruption here. Everything burns to the ground when that happens, whereas at least with the other storms it's possible to quickly rebuild the land.

I think it would have to depend on the scale/intensity. Maybe volcano or hurricane

If the right volcano erupts, the world as we recognize it is done. Say like Yellowstone - it's not an ordinary volcano, sure, but it's damage potential is so much greater than all the others there's just no contest.

This - didn't read far enough before I commented. It's true though, Yellowstone erupts and we're ALL in trouble.

It's so much worse than that though. Look what happened in Pompeii. They all had seconds to react before being encased in superheated ash. FEET of it. Isn't Pompeii still on the small side too? A big eruption changes the atmosphere for an extended period of time, can block out the sun for long enough for plants to die off, etc.

I would say tsunami as it envelops everything in it's path and if it is powerful enough will flatten everything.

Volcano of course, the right one erupts under the right conditions or if multiple ones erupt at once under the right conditions it will cause nuclear winter. And that ladies and gents is the end of the human species.
