Hello, I just want to know what are some grammar mistakes that may piss you off. Whether you find them on the internet, or when you are reading.

Here are some common mistakes.
1.) Your beautiful (it should be *you're)
2.) It is over their. (it should be *there)
3.) Its here. (should be *it's)

I also want to know where you put your commas when you're using conjunctions such as but, and, or.
Do you put them after or before it?

What is the importance of grammar on the internet?

Edit: Who still uses the Oxford comma?

Grammar doesn't bother me that much unless it's illegible. As far as "but" goes I thought you were supposed to just drop the comma completely.

Doesn't really bother me, I just kind of think "that could have been avoided" and just go on doing my things.

As an english majour; I hate comma splices, wanted to kill anyone who cannot stay consistent in their sentences and don't know how to use punctuation or pacing to make their sentences work good, also it's annoying when there's Capital letters every word,

Sometimes I think I'm pretty good at grammar, but then I went to college and found out I'm a piece of shit at writing BUT THEN I became employed and I realized that my grammar is pretty fucking good! I'm pretty sure that was a run-on or awkward sentence, right PROFESSOR?!

Edit: Random capital letters are annoying.

Then = Than (IE : That "Anime is better then real life" group on CR)
To = Too
It's = Its

I prefer using the Harvard comma over the Oxford comma though. #Brexit

Same here. Some of the most interesting/well-known writers in the industry aren't the best when it comes to grammar. It's what proofreaders/checkers are for .

In Adolf's own words, "Mein Kopf Buch-Editor kann das nicht niedlich sein.", paraphrased.

Joking aside, I use the 'Oxnard Comma' all the time.

Tertiary: There're, not there's. Not sure why that is bothering me, but damn if it isn't.

I value good grammar and spelling, but only because I'm a snob and it's one of the few things I'm remotely competent at.
