I initiated a poll on the subject already in a thread in General, but I figured everyone should have a chance to participate. What's more, because there has been a reshuffling of the deck as it were since the primary season is coming to its close and the major parties' candidates are more set in stone it seemed time to address the matter again.

For those who do not follow US politics closely or who would simply like a refresher on what each candidate is about, here are links to their campaign websites' issues pages.

Hillary Clinton (Democratic Party):

https://www.hillaryclinton.com/issues/

Donald Trump (Republican Party):

https://www.donaldjtrump.com/positions

Jill Stein (Green Party)

http://www.jill2016.com/plan

Gary Johnson (Libertarian Party)

https://johnsonweld.com/issues/

And of course, for those who favour none of these candidates and prefer either someone who wasn't included and is running or a write-in who may not be the "other" option is available. If you should select it feel free to clarify who "other" is.

What about Marcus Octavius? :p

It's sorta picking the shiniest turd at this point innit? I'm not sure who I'd vote for, probably just cast a vote for parties that aren't relevant, yet. Maybe one they you'll have more then two relevant political parties over there and can have actual elections instead of this soap drama.

If you believe that mind is the strongest weapon then you should challenge Capitalism no kami who secretly control U.S. and who claim that material possession, like the sword, is more important than the person itself.

I have doubt about Trump: first, he attack immigration but he did not address its root; if he turn against mainstream Republicans with his anti-immigration policy, then the American corporate could move all their jobs to the foreign nations to access cheap foreign workers and escape from the laws. The trans-nation corporate had already make things worse by creating a win-win situation between corrupt governments in the third world nations to ruin the local economy and encourage the locals to flee just to find a living. The trans-national corporate is also using their superior wealth, buying power, and size to out-compete the local companies in the developing nations and create monopolies to further ruin the local economies.
