I wouldn't call myself a normie or whatever, but I'm certainly not a shut in or anything.

It's possible to like anime and not be a total loser lol.

Since when did not being a normie or being a shut in make you a total loser ?

What's there to hide? Why not just kick ass wherever you go?

I guess pretty normal. I mean I really don't stand out or anything....I'm just there.

How normie am I? I hand out team Onodera Waifu flyers to random strangers. Once they see my power levels, the panties come loose, including the guys. I don't let scrubs define me; I define them.

Indeed. Normal is always defined by someone - namely, the people and institutions in power. And the narrative about normality always distracts from the fact that normality is subjective. This isn't to say that norms are always bad, of course - that clean and neat attire is associated with professionalism might be considered good - but they aren't unimpeachable.

I actually consider it good to go with the flow when it leads to peaceable interactions, but I try to be aware of the sources and sinks of those flows as there are places I won't be pushed.

I'm a little disappointed Space Patrol Luluco didn't touch on any Foucault (as far as I could tell) given the prominence it gave to the idea of being "normal."

I don't go around geeking out about anime or games to random strangers, but my appearance tends to have me pegged as a nerd anyway.

What does that even mean? Like, I engage people in conversations about anime or gaming if they ask (I'm wearing a shirt that spikes their interest, they ask about my hobbies, etc.), but I think I dress normally and keep to myself otherwise.

Not sure what you mean.

I believe you have to act a certain way in public though.
I channel tension through swimming and on treadmill, and more relaxed at home and with ppl I know.

I couldn't be bothered to act like others be please other people. In the end you find your real friends if you act as your true self right?

I do okay. I'd almost certainly 95% of the time not want to be there, and I get a lot of anxiety over it, but once I'm there I do okay.

Deep down inside though, I just wanna disappear and hide and play games/watch anime
