Oh Wow ...

I didnt read this far but having all the Noah back is going to be very grim ...this is becoming very very dark and Allen is in the fine line between becoming the 14th Nea

I posted this in the Advice, Info forum and didn't get a response so I'm hoping posting it here amongst the D Gray-man experts will net an answer so I can quit banging my head against a wall trying to remember.

"Below is a link to an AMV dedicated to the character Miranda from D Gray-Man. Starting at 3:43 there's a scene that I thought was from the passage to Japan but I confirmed it isn't and now I can't figure out which episode it's from.

Help will be greatly appreciated as it's driving me a tad bonkers. Thanks!

I like the pacing so far, they adapted up to chapter 190 (beginning part at least) with Alma, the brief exchange between the Millennium Earl and Allen Walker (with Earl designating Allen as the "Fourteenth")

The balance of the comedy and eerie mood of that showdown is interesting with the revelation. I couldn't take Road seriously but I think they still handled the segment pretty well. Going to have to read the manga a bit more to reflect on this episode but overall was good.

The scene starting at 3:43 in the AMV is from episode 94: "Homecoming," approximately 8:40 into the episode.

Is this worth picking up? I remember watching the original show up until like ep 102 or something, where it just suddenly cut.

Thank you.

I know Miranda is a side character but I find her Innocence evokes a sense of sadness for her in me. To have a power that can be of so much help to others yet knowing what will happen when she deactivates it. It is a burden I can't imagine carrying.

Wow !!

This one is getting me excited and scared at the same time, I read a little bit the synopsis of what happens since Allen is now known as the 14rth
and Yu's past in details....

I cosplayed Yu when D Gray man started about 10 years ago , I still have the outfit and the wig

although some of the animation on this episode kinda looks weak

Man, it may just be me fanboying cause I really love the manga. But that was a really good episode. Comedic timing needs some real work though.

Kanda's backstory was pretty great in this series and this arc is going to get better and better.

I never read the manga, only watched the anime but I don't like some of the design changes. Particularly Allen, I thought his innocence looked so much cooler in the previous anime without all the gold everywhere. I was honestly disappointed when I saw that in the first episode.

Well I thought of that too, Kanda being stoic and scowling and I think it has something to do with his former self.
Being born in that place is like being an empty book but apparently Yu is not quiet an open book.

I really like the animation here .

Well Here we are Episode 7 or 110 .I read a lot of the chapters past this and I am starting to collect the manga again.

Episode 7 has the memories Yu doesnt want to remember. He was actually becoming like Alma but something happened along the way. So far this is the title that makes me feel some anxiety since I have know these characters for a long time. Orange , well I read the manga too and the effect of watching it is lessened now that I know what is going to happen .

The animation is still not bad at all.

But I do notice there is not alot of discussion here, I wonder it in becuase Funimation is streaming it , or not everyone has seen the D Gray man earlier seasons?

Even though I'm not a big fan of Millennium Earl, I have to say that he is a mastermind manipulator and very clever with his plans.

The fight involving Kanda, Allen Walker, and Alma this week was very emotional an intense.
Also felt bad for the Third Exorcists because of Alma turning into an Akuma. The real plan was to awaken Allen Walker's inner Fourteen after the big battle so that was achieved in the end..

Damn, can't wait for next week.

Episode 112 or 9
Very good adaptation.
I really enjoy watching these chapters than reading then although I didnt like Nea's voice but I was cracking up when I heard Tim's ...

This one, MOB and Tales are the most exciting action power up anime. All their adaptation are really well done, althoug I still find Alma's reason to kill Yuu really is but I think he just want to end Yuu's sufferning and the other way around the poor Third....

the one thing I dont like with D Gray Man is the sound effects and tracts.....

Very intense & emotional episode... I (almost) cried during the Yuu & Alma scenes.. It was quite touching.. Damn that cliffhanger!! I want to know what will happen to my Allen & Yuu.. Can't wait for next week!

I noticed too that there wasn't much discussion on the forum here, probably because it's on Funi? I've always been a D.Gray-man fan since the previous seasons (2006-2008), even had a crush on Allen & Yuu when I was 14 or 15..
