I thought I'd make this thread, cause I haven't seen any like it, but at what moment did you feel truly happy/alive?

When I lost my virginity!!

One time I was swinging on a swing listening to music for whatever reason it was quite exhilarating and in that moment I was quite happy.

The moment my childhood friend told me she was in love with me and couldn't see spending her life with anyone but me. Of course, she's now married to someone else with his kids so obviously the moment didn't last .

I wish I had a moment of happiness. Unfortunately, I don't think will ever happen to me.

Every time I open up a new book. Also...just a lot? I'm fairly happy and alive in general.

Nothing really comes to mind. I think I am happiest when I crawl into bed though.

I remember a girl made me feel this way, once upon a time. We've separated a while ago, but she helped pull me out of a darker period in my life.

Kinda sucks though, I still miss her.

I haven't really had a "true" moment of happiness. Every moment in the past ended up being flushed down the drain.

When my ex loved me and I felt wanted for the first time in my life ..... Living without said feeling is depressing

Way back when i was 17. Life was good. Admittedly i had left school and was not working for a period(was loving life) but i just had a really good group of friends and lots of fun stuff was going on.
It was kind of towards the end of me going through my grafetti phase and rapping phase. Lots of cool music was coming out, lots of cool games, The football team i barrack for was doing well, lots of parties and piss ups and stuff.
It was a time in my life where i had come out of my shell and stopped being so shy and low on confidence.
I ended up with a girlfriend that i really really liked. It was one of those instant chemistry as soon as we met type of things and we met so randomly.
She was actually the first girl that i kissed, a proper/real kiss i mean.
Admittedly i stuffed that up but i also got my first job that same year and having money rocked. It was the start of me being more strong minded and living in the real world a bit more.
Although i was still in my own world alot with video games, anime, hanging with my friends getting high n drunk and etc.

Then again a bit later in life in my early-mid twenties i got a MUCH better job. I was really really happy on afternoon shift and i was earning so much more money! I was literally earning over double what i was.
Life seemed really good for a decent chunk there.
It's not like the job itself made me feel alive, it was the money. Plus i made lots of new friends there and was doing stuff like playing pool competitively in the city, just going to alot of pubs n stuff and having alot of fun.

But even at times just LAN'ing with friends or playing BF2 on line i felt really happy.

EDIT: i guess they were periods of happiness, more so than moments. But they were periods full of happy moments i guess.
