Hello, just like the title says. Would you guys mix 2 different region codes for your anime collection? Several anime I want to purchase are 10x cheaper from region B but I am on the wall about mixing my collection up. What do you all think?

many keks, my friend. Unless you're talking about bootlegs on eBay, Region B is ALWAYS more expensive than Region A.

You obviously aren't acquainted with my good friends, Aniplex and Pony Canyon

To the OP, I'm totally okay with mixing if the UK or Australian release is much nicer or better in some way. Only thing that sucks is all those age labels and stuff that has to be incredibly prominent on those releases.

Edit: Now that I think about OOP releases and Japanese/Korean blu-rays (those are Region A) would usually be much more than a Region B release, too.

I have some Japanese imported disks (a lot of times because one of them had a limited item with it like a figurine and then I had to get the rest because one disk looked lonely). And then I also have a decent amount of imported manga too, series that I know will never get translated officially into English so I read them online and buy the original content to support the creators I like. Doesn't look too weird next to the English volumes.

Nothing wrong with that. I have a handful of region 2 DVD's. Those Japanese anime DVD's, I have make me feel like an anime hipster.

Any thing Aniplex USA packages is cheaper in other regions where somebody else has the license.
