Lately the Crunchyroll app on my Wii U has stopped allowing me to access my Queue. I can still see History, recommended/popular, and search for shows just fine. But I just get a gray screen when I try to view the Queue.

Is this something that's happened to somebody else? Anybody have any luck getting it to work again?

Check your queue on the site and see if there are any shows that are blank and have like a white picture. I know it causes problems with the queue on Xbox, so it might also mess up the queue on the wii.

I removed the blank one from my queue, and it loads just fine now. Thank you!

Just tried that, I'll see if it worked when I get home! Thanks beardfist! I also received a support message back from the staff:

This appears to be a known issue with the queue on gaming consoles.

The first step is to delete the app data:
-On your console, clear your console data before uninstalling and reinstalling the Crunchyroll app.
http://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1161/p/431

IF DELETING APP DATA DOES NOT RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, PROCEED:
You will need to login to your account through the website and go to your queue. Locate any titles that do not have a thumbnail image and delete those. Then you can try the queue again on the to see if this resolved the trouble.

If it did NOT, you will need to reduce your queue down to 40 titles or less.

Thanks,
