I'd say SchwarzesMarken, might already be Licensed by Sentai, as it's a prequel to Muv-Luv Alternative: Total Eclipse.

As a TV Tokyo title They probably wouldn't be able to announce it until close to release, even though it was known they had Trinity 7, by SDCC of Last year, It probably applies here as well.

Funimation streams uncensored versions of shows that are licensed and distributed by them, usually right after DVD/Blu-Ray goes on sale. Given that CR is licensing shows and getting home video rights (distribution handled through Funimation) I wouldn't doubt that we will start seeing uncensored version of shows here CR (e.g. The Testament of Sister New Devil).

I'm curious how this is going to work in the future, with CR having the subtitled versions of Funimation's shows. There is nothing that has been mentioned about this in any of the information published by either Funimation or CR.

While the dubs on Funimation will certainly get updated after home video version materials are acquired, how about the subbed versions over here on CR? With no official policy apparently in place, that is looking like a "Nope" at this point.

I'm just glad I like dubs, as this could turn out to suck for a someone that prefers subs to dubs and streaming to buying media, and was subscribed to Funimation.

It is a bit ambiguous at the moment. I'd say there's a good chance but yeah I understand why you think it's a nope for now.

My guess is Funimation's contract on streaming it hasn't ended yet and will very very soon, perhaps this coming October. The last time I checked Brotherhood is still on Funi's streaming service (I think).

No, neither FMA:B or FMA are available on Funimation's site anymore (despite the fact that both still are still displayed in the "Shows", although a trip to the video page for both will confirm the truth:

http://www.funimation.com/shows/fullmetal-alchemist/videos
http://www.funimation.com/shows/fullmetal-alchemist-brotherhood/videos

(Funimation still has the rights to the FMA:B movie The Sacred Star of Milos, and that is the only video still present).

Funimation itself confirmed the FMA:B rights as expiring on March 31, 2016:

...and that their FMA license expired on July 31, 2016:
