Episode 3

Great episode. I love the character chemistry between Hikari (Pikari) and Futaba in this show.

The info dump is interesting about dumping coming from Katori. Man, I can listen to her lectures all day long. Very entertaining character expressions as well. They are adapting at a steady pace so far, hopefully will introduce more characters soon. But definitely very enjoyable.

Episode 3

Loving the chill vibes from Amanchu.

I enjoyed how they gave us some exposition on diving by having the sensei explain it to us, then leaving Teko to figure it out for us. From here on, I expect more beautiful art and background since they'll be diving soon.

Oh, and sensei is still hot.

Something struck me as I was watching this week's episode. I have started watching "Aria" the anime about the girls training to be gondoliers (they call them undines), and I suddenly started seeing a lot of the things that are the same. The dresses the girls wear are slim ankle length affairs with a short cape across the shoulders. The big thing that hit me, though, is that the design of the cat was almost a clone of President Aria in Aria. They both involve the ocean and there is a big emphasis on the beauty of the world around them. The facial designs are a lot different, of course. Neither of them has anything violent going on and the show so far seems geared to generating "soft, warm fuzzies" in the audience. It is the perfect show to decompress from watching Berserk.

Sensei's hips. So much about this show is aesthetically pleasing.

I can really empathize with Futaba.

Also, I learned more about diving in this one episode than I did in all the years of watch Jacques Cousteau.

I've never tried scuba diving so that lesson was actually interesting. I'll keep it in mind when I do try it in the near future. Pikari, Teko and Katori are getting along pretty well. Moving to a new place and school can be quite daunting but I'm glad that Teko has found Pikari. Laughed quite a bit when Pikari admitted to being the trespassers, and then getting double punishment after Teko's admission. I wonder what Kotori's nickname will be.

Eager to meet the other members of the club. I'm curious if there are male members as well. Diving club doesn't seem like it would be gender exclusive.

Teko. It was what Pikari and Hotari both said.

I also love this show, its really growing on me. Really enjoying the character development here and few anime this season.

I am also loving how there are shows this season about a club , cheer leading, soccer and diving.
I am surprised that there are only them in this club when this town is known for its cycling and water activities...

Always interested about diving but couldn't , only went down to 10 feet with snorkels . I dont do well with high pressure , even on flights I have to take decongestant to make sure my sinus are clear so I can pop my ears .

The nicknames are pretty cute.

Katori is the teacher. Futaba is the one with the Teko nickname.

Augh..you're absolutely right. Sorry, I was thinking of Futaba. My apologies.
