Episode 2: Phantom of Falsehood

You know, I have a feeling that the three guys he named that supposedly killed his family, never really killed his family in the first place. The perpetrators might have been using their names as aliases in order to pin it on them in case there were other witnesses.

Damn He-Man is crazy. Whatever his name is. Crazy masochist guy. Too lazy to look but will type a vague description of him. But yeah that dude is crazy. If he dies, he's gonna have to go out majestically and not just a simple shot to the head.

Hmm, either someone followed them and took the other body, or he might have never died in the first place. I saw no blood near the grave. He might have spared the dude but fainted from shock. Never really saw the bullets go into his body.

All in all I am liking the show. Looking forward to more.

I'm loving all the politics and gang rivalry going on. It makes for an interesting story that isn't just senseless violence.

Another very strong eps. Blood for blood. Thought that post credits scene change things up, majorly.

Curious to see who going to be left standing at the end.

Fantastic.
This show has captured Prohibition era mobsters. Have the drugs (tobacco in at least three forms), violence, and booze. Plus the importance of family and the hypocrisy of a mobster being a devote Christian.

Wonder if the town is in Michigan? It's somewhere near enough to Chicago to be influenced by the mob there and between Chicago and Canada.

Fango is freaking nuts. Likes himself some bdsm followed by parcour on roof tops.

Episode 3

Last time, Avilio killed Vanno, who killed Serpente, but that's something only Avilio knows and he uses that to his advantage to stir up trouble between the Vanetti and Orco families. Serpente's corpse was sold off to Scusa, who hides it in a condemned building to draw out Fango in a hostage exchange. Except that the Orcos get Avilio posing as Serpente, and that's when guns start firing. That was pretty brilliant thinking by Avilio given his goal of taking down the Vanetti family by stirring up chaos. This show just continues to nail it.

Can't help but enjoy this. Kept jumping out of my seat in excitement. The end I was guessing what may happen could actually happen.

That is the face of a man who can't turn back.

After that funeral scene, it looks to me like Nero is more human than Angelo. It kind of makes the relationship between the two more interesting.

Personally, I see both perspectives. Angelo is probably thinking that is how HE felt when THEY murdered his family, while at the same time, Angelo has become a murderer; same as the ones who murdered his family.

Yeah. They both have blood on their hands. I just find it interesting how Nero in the present is mourning the loss of his friend (or family?) while Angelo has already experienced something like that and at this point only cares about venenge. I like seeing morally gray protagonists.

Mhm. That's one of the pros about this series - There are no heroes. In the end, everyone is just fighting for what they think is good and right, even if it is wrong to the viewers.

91 Days is a ton of fun and I can't wait for more!

Episode 3

I really felt for Nero at the end. Urgh. It's gonna hurt when the secrets come out.
Don't know who to root for anymore.
