This forum is just about showing some love to Japanese Actreses. I have a fairly large list....becuase I've been reading the posts and I think that some actresses are represented really well (Horikita Maki....my favourite actresses in Japan...and will probably be for a very long time.) (Inoue Mao...she's a very talented actress just like Maki)(Erika Sawajiri.....is probably....in my opinion..the most talented actress in her generation.....even more so than Maki....but...the reason why I like Maki more is because Sawajiri is always rumoured to be very hard to deal with off camera.....not dissing her talents just her way of life) (Ueno Juri is also very talented though I think I've never seen her in a serious role before.....if anyone has suggestions of her work of her in a serious role please msg me..). In my opinion Ueno is probably the most charming out of the 4 I just mentioned just cause she's always a breath of fresh air when I see her in dramas like Jodan Ja Nai and Nodame Cantabile.

Anyways I do like to at least represent some actresses that have gotten little to no exposure who will probably be really big some day.Toda Erika, I put her at the top of this list becuase I almost forgot her and that would have been a crime. Nagasawa Masami who is a very charming girl, is very popular, and has very bright future. Eikura Nana is someone who was probably only mentioned once, yet to get a starring role for a popular drama though she did star in Dance Drill. I think that she's one of those quite actresses that is secretly charming. Ishihara Satomi, wow how did I forget her almost......charming....enough said, though I'm dissapointed she's not mentioned more in the huge 7 page list. Aragaki Yui, takes cuteness to a bitchy level.....if that even makes sense, she's an amazing actress and we'll probably see her a lot more in the future. Ichikawa Yui, always with supporting roles in dramas but I just like to mention her, she's like Yui by taking cuteness to a bitchy level...lol. Miyazaki Aoi, only seen her in a few things but she seems talented. Narumi Riko, watch for this girl she's going to be big, because she's really talented and a lot younger than she looks. Ayase Haruka, good actress though not sure if shes charming....but I'm pretty sure she is.
Now for "older" still good and charming actresses. Again, like Toda I almost missed this actress in the list of charming actresses Matsushima Nanako defines what Japanese actresses are as charming, if I had forgotten her I don't think I would have let it down on myself. Takeuchi Yuko, watch her work....you'll fall in love with her instantly. Shaku Yumiko, small roles but still very charming. I feel dissapointed becuase in the Jdorama she's in right now "Bara no Nai Hanaya" she's so sweet but it's so obvious she's not going to get the guy. Ito Misaki, famous and not sure why she's not mentioned at all.....Aya Ueto was the first girl I've seen on this list and fell in love with her charm with just a picture...yes a picture did that....Hirosue Ryoko, not mentioned but I like her charm. She was big a few years ago though has died down, but I thought that I would mention her anyways because I like her. Uchiyama Rina, in the same talent agency as Maki so I'll mention her...Fukada Kyoko...she defines charming. Koike Eiko, you see her in a lot of supporting roles but I have to mention her. Kato Ai, watch for her she's actually shy in her work, which makes her charming. Shinohara Ryoko, this woman is just talented, probably not charming lol....just joking. Konishi Manami, probably not known for some people...and in my opinion did a better job in HOTMAN than Ito Misaki, very charming actress. Matsu Takako, reminds me of Takeuchi Yuko so much it's not funny....Nakama Yukie, Gokusen, haven't seen it.....you should but only the first season, the second and probably the third will be very similar to it.
Now for peope who are going to be big in a few years and I just want to say I told you so......(but maybe not). Kawashima Umika, watch out for her, she might be big?..lol. Ohgo Suzuka, same as Kawashima Umika, just watch out for her in the future.
I'm hoping I haven't missed anyone, but probably did. Thee are so many actresses to mention it's so hard to mention all that deserve to be on this list.
