You'll outgrow that view probably. It's not humane for the animal who will be killed simple for sport and uncivilized for us humans. I hope the same thing that happened to SeaWorld will wreck this sport as well.

Yet its OK for them to be killed in the millions for ground beef. If anything this bull is lucky it can get out and fight back. I only ask that if they kill the bull they use all of his meat, bones, and organs ad treat him with respect because he died so that you may eat.

Food and clothing are good reasons to kill I think. Yeah I remember agriculture class very vividly so I know what those poor cows' last moments are like. Those are basic needs for humans though. Sport and entertainment are less important.

I say the same thing about Micah X Johnson.

People should have more respect for the man.

At least in Spain, when they kill a bull, the meat is used to help feed the poor. The food is not wasted.

It's considered a big honor for the bull and its owner should the bull maim or kill the bullfighter. People pay it serious stud service money.

That cow who is living for entertainment has a much better life then the cows who are being bred just to be slaughtered. At least the cow who is entertaining gets to beat up humans and run around freely for a while.

At the end of the day they probably eat it anyways. Would you rather that cow be locked up in a cage all it's life and never get to run around just to be slaughtered? Akage just said people pay good stud money for it if the cow wins so that means it gets to breed afterwards, seems like there are no downsides to being an entertainment cow.

I'd like to see the sport become history. I'd like to see cows get a nice life eating grass, walking around and fucking before they get turned into food.

How about we just not be assholes to animals? Making this a binary argument of cow vs bullfighting is silly. No one's buying tickets to the slaughter house. Could some places treat livestock more humanely? Definitely. Does that justify bullfighting? No.

We need to eat. We don't need to torture an animal to death in front of an audience. -.-

Same here.

It was lame af. The guy was probably thinking 'i cant believe this is how I die' in a depressing monotone voice in his head right before he died.

People die everyday.

In many parts of the world there is not enough space for such things and thanks to over population in Asia and Africa the demand for them is rising higher and higher. Shoving cows outdoors on a large pasture is the most cost effective method if you have too much land and not many people but as we get more people food production is moving to high capacity containment facilities. The only way for animals to be treated humanely is for you to stop buying ground beef at your local boxmart and buy only free range beef which is about 2-3X the cost of traditional beef.

Also some cows can't actually fuck one another they require man to impregnate them since there are problems when they try to hump.

I wince, but I cannot thoroughly pity the man. He knew the risks, or, at least, should have known.
