Advil. Sometimes a hot shower. Sometimes masturbate.

I used to get bad chronic headaches back in high school. The settings stressed me out. It might ease up when you get older.

I used to have a lot of headaches in the past and it was usually caused by my upper body muscles getting insanely stiff from stress. Stuff like exercise, sauna, massage and generally relaxing my body helped but it usually came back because the stress was still there and caused me to stiffen my muscles unneededly. Only after school ended and I had a longer holiday did it go away for real.

I take ibuprofen.
If I don't have anything I drink water.
If that doesn't work I put hot water on my temples.

Just struggle through it. Like maybe the odd night I will just get this painful headache, like just squeezing my head painful. So I just ride it out. Yeah it sucks, but just deal with it. Dont rely on pills all the time .

I mean if I plan on doing something, but I have a headache, I'll just take liquid gel advil, but I haven't used aspirin in a while so I don't rely on it. Other then that if it happens during the night, all natural until the pain becomes numbing and I fall asleep. You just have to be in the right mindset.

Getting rid of headaches? Just wait until it's over lol.

Take a walk or go to sleep.

Persistent problems need to be tackled so headaches don't re-occur.

Aleve and a battery operated scalp massager on lowest setting. If used right the combo will put you out until the headache is gone.

I actually quit a job I'd held for 12 years in order to stop having stress-related headaches. I wish I'd quit years earlier. . .

I heard masturbation is pretty good for migraines/headaches, I wouldn't know though. I usually just take some Ibuprofen or anything of the sort, then maybe hop in the shower afterwards. I'm not sure about the whole, "Dealing with frustrations that cause headaches" part. It's extremely rare for me to get frustrated and when my migraines come out they're usually just completely out of the blue.

For headaches, waiting them out or sleeping can work, or at least for me (different for everyone though)

As for frustration, meditation/yoga can be fairly calming.
