Well in the Caribbean party crashing or dropping in without prior notice is fine. You'll still be able to enjoy the party/dinner and leave with a full belly. I know that in the UK some places complain because they've already planned to cater for a set amount and suddenly they have to stretch things much further with extra people turning up.

oh wait we are special in one thing, religion is a part of the country/history but not a part of us/here and now
(is more or less how it is but churches are still in use by those wanting to use them)
+ less nonsense and stuff (for the most part in the more serious areas)

I didn't get a thing you said...

Not checking your handgun at the church door, this is not the rule everywhere, but it is in some places.

Going out in the woods to cut down trees and wrestle bears to death is frowned upon outside my homeland because the rest of the world are sissy, girly girls.

Serious answer now. Giving people their bill at a restaurant before they ask for it is apparently considered to mean "get the hell out of here" in some countries outside North America. Ireland comes to mind.

Hmm.. Not sure.. I don't think I want to visit other country due to fear of breaking the law and not knowing it! >.>;

Friend of mine (He from here USA), He was telling me that he went visit the England and he rented a boat for few days and forgot to come back to pay weekly rent.

But the Boat owner call the Police on him and he ending up going to Prison for a year in England.. I don't know weither to believe him on that, because I thought the law was bit harsh for someone coming from another country and its not like he intentionally stealing the boat..

Your thread says anywhere else but there are plenty of countries that consider underage drinking socially and legally acceptable.

We'd have to go country by country with compare and contrasting, there is a whole laundry list of pros and cons ranging from abortion to gun rights to anime and the list would be thorough and exhaustive I'd imagine.. I'm too lazy to do it.
