I signed up for the two week free trial of this site, I then decided within an hour or so it wasn't worth the money, for the amount I watch anime, I then canceled my subscription, the site repeatedly crashed when trying to do so, but after coming back to it 20 minutes of so later, it finally went through, I then presumed after the site told me my sub was canceled and there wouldn't be auto renew on my account, there wouldn't be, Ive been on holiday for a large portion of 3 months -so no bank statement-, which I have been charged fully for, I have no activity in these three months -obviously as the site told me my sub was canceled.

Is there any chance of getting this wasted money back?

The site was having issues at the time prior to my request but that shouldn't stop me from unsubscribing after the request supposedly went through
