Isn't all anxiety irrational?
I thought anxiety was to be uncomfortable with a situation to the point that it affects your behavior negatively when you try to deal with it.

No. That would be a disorder.

Everyone has and will experience anxiety, it's perfectly natural.

I am just a bundle of anxiety but for reasons because being intelligent has its downfalls. Nothing is certain and everything feels like one big conspiracy.
I wouldn't normally say that here but in justification for why I have severe anxiety. When several different outcomes berate you every single day it's hard not to feel like you're falling. It's easy to give in to at least one possible negative outcome. Sometimes I don't know what is irrational or rational. That's why I often need solid recognition. Due to this I fear I'll become a workaholic.
