I really like the new Windows 10 UWP app so far, but I notice regularly that some videos are unable to load when you click onto them. Most of the time you get a generic error like "Something went wrong. Check your internet connection." Seldom I also get a white box with "Sorry, this video is not available."

This happens most of the time with recently added episodes. I do wait at least for one hour when it doesn't work, since it can happen that they are still busy with re-encoding, but some videos still aren't available after that time. I've even noticed some episodes which were literally unavailable for days. Strangely, I don't notice this behavior when I use my android phone.

Alderamin on the Sky epsiode 2 is still giving "Something went wrong. Check your internet connection." more than one day after it's release on Win10. The same happened for the first episode one week ago. Many shows are not done with re-encoding after there release. It's really a pity since I would like to avoid using Flash again.

4th'ing "Something went wrong". It seems like a disease that sometimes infects the running app, when it happens to one video I'm unable to play anything through the app, until it gets fully restarted. And there isn't any way I know of to cause a full restart, just closing it and opening again may often cause a resume.
It doesn't seem to be related to videos recently released, since I've also had it happen with videos that were released several days ago.

Killing the app through the Task Manager should force the app to be restarted when re-opening the app.
