I'm a very anxious person and I experience chest pains every day because of it.
It isn't unbearable or anything. It's just uncomfortable and it lasts for what feels like a long time.
Do you ever experience chest pain? Is it because of stress?

Yeah when I was younger it happened alot. It is annoying, distracting, and sometimes really painful. Pretty sure I set up the conditions for it to occur by being overly anxious, scared, and angry. It slowly started to settle as I became a bit more aware of my thought process around how I view pretty much everything and approaching it with a bit more humor, as in seeing how ridiculous it is and laughing at myself a bit.

On another note I think we're constantly sabotaging and undermining ourselves by how we approach life and by doing that we begin to experience dis-ease, (or a lack of ease in our everyday processes of life) but by becoming more aware of how we're sabotaging ourselves, seeing the ubsertity, and begin to slowly do away with it we can see our ailments fall away when we get out of our own way or inversely reappear when we begin to undermine ourselves.

This is pretty common with stress and anxiety, but that doesn't mean it's normal and certainly not something to ignore. I would suggest talking to your doctor about ways to reduce anxiety, esp. if this really is an everyday occurrence, that's quite a lot. Letting stressors (anxiety is def a stressor) is not good for the body or mind!

I have GERD, so i have chest pains on a daily basis. I also tend to drink a lot of alcohol which helps nothing.

Only when I get cramps? You know, of the type to make you not want to breathe because it feels like a needle is in there?

Only if you sit still for too long and eat too much. Man boobs aint pretty

Stress is sorta healthy, but like only if it helps you react to stuff. If you take everything slow you will just be a slog. Not saying to overdo it or be a pumped up athlete. But like find a hobby, read books (While moving your ass of course) and do something, if you are unemployed this will likely be slightly harder but try to fill your time with something and dont sit too long or relax too much, stretch your arms, go for a walk. That kind of stuff, or just go to a church and sing hymns which helps also

I got punched in the chest area before really hard when I was younger because people were messing around with me. I can't lie down on my belly because my sternum was indented and I might need surgery but I'm scared of that too.

I also get chest pains, neck pain and headaches when I don't sleep enough - due to insomnia and I should see the psychologist or something. So far I'm just taking sleeping pills and some lavender tea to ease off the sleep-deprivation.

Panic attacks. I've felt like my body was dying physically before. Hyperventilating, tachycardia, palpatations, bring on chest pain, coupled with the emotional state, its alot to handle and cope/deal with..

I've gotten strong chest pains before. Pretty painful actually. I also have an anxiety disorder not so coincidentally.

Pretty strong pain right by the heart right? Usually lasts a couple seconds. Feels like forever though.
