At the moment their economy is going down with cities becoming ghost cities due to males love on hentai and not on real humans. The government is trying to promote child birth and family, but that isn't easy with high stress jobs. A friend I met with in Yoyogi Park, Japan, her husband worked seven days a week and she worked five days a week. Plus hentai in English and in Japanese don't mean the same thing. In Japan, hentai is used towards someone doing something indecent.

Scratch that; Bakemonogatari teases some H. The difference between this show and the other 99% being that the characters aren't cardboard cut outs written to fill quotas for archetypes like Ice Princess or Class President, and the Protagonist's pervy moments are fresh and unorthodox, but they do not define his entire character. Once every other episode, an H joke is made, the audience laughs and sympathizes with both characters, and then the show moves on. (Late bias warning: I love Bakemonogatari)

did you just call Araragi pervy...
It seems like you don't understand his character.

Who said hentai is bad?
I watch it whenever I can, granted I get no satisfaction from watching it but hey an anime is an anime and watching that hentai will add 1 more into my completed list on my MAL.
I will go out of my way to finish hentai series just to complete them.

because basicly hentai is porn, i mean there is shows like the new Masou Gakuen HxH and so i cant H?.... but there is still a line, along with legal right to air there are some things that are best not to broadcast to the public eyes. i mean if a kid flips threw the channals and sees ( just making this up but im sure its out there ) a elf princess gettings gaged and molested by orcs or a killer f-ing corpses then im pritty sure the channal well get closed down, its really a thing of morals when you get down to it, and how the portry the act of sexual innuendos, hell highschool dxd is one of my favorite animas and series that i dont really care for the innuendos its just a kickass story

Innuendo is fine, if not found shady, in popular culture. Actual pornography has laws that restrict it. There is a long standing history of explicit sexual acts being kept away from polite company for various reasons. That is the world we live in. If you want to try and change that feel free. Best not start here.

It seems like you don't understand his character.

When the show spotlight's Araragi's perspective, we're treated to such events as a split second, frame-by-frame sequence of him staring at Hanekawa's skirt as it's tossed by the wind; and a faked casual conversation as he follows behind Senjougahara, his body tilted at crazy angles to get a look up her skirt.

Araragi has some perverted tendencies. The whole point of bringing him up as an exception however, was an acknowledgement that even with these tendencies he's an interesting and engaging character. This single trait of his isn't blown out of proportion, like many other male anime characters, but instead fits nicely in with his other traits. When Sengoku strips down to show Araragi her condition for example, his initial thoughts aren't exactly pure, but he consciously corrects himself, berates himself even, and moves on. When his antics are actually played for laughs, it's a couple of times every couple of episodes, rather than being a drawn out, cliched punchline to the entire series.

So yeah, Araragi is pervy. He's other things too, but he's still noticeably pervy. As far as I can tell, the only way one could think otherwise is if one's standard for "regular perversion" is a character like the protagonist of DxD.

I don't even know myself, sometimes I'm just in the mood to watch some hentai. I guess it depends on which ones I watch like for example I watched Bible Black because its infamous while I despise Oni Chi-Chi but I like Consenting Adultry, I think it's called because I really enjoy the animation

Don't name hentai titles,
You know there is something that has always bothered me since you created this interpretation of the rule. Beforehand explicit image posting or linking to stuff was banned for obvious reasons, but since merely naming things became banned, there has been a really weird situation where there is a dubious gray area, especially with regards to VN anime adaptations. Many were originally porn games with a plot, yet we can mention them here because they got an anime adaptation sans explicit porn, whereas by the rules we probably couldn't talk about them otherwise, yet it doesn't stop the source material from existing. I do agree that there was a problem, namely the rampant trolling trying to get people to watch a certain pedo hentai, I just never saw the sense with the solution.
