I had a Genesis a lot longer than I had a SNES, but I chose SNES because it had more RPG's that I liked.

Of course, the Genesis had Phantasy Star IV, my favorite RPG of the 90's and still one of my favorite RPG's ever... it's tough to pick.

The SNES just offers some tough competition...

Super Nintendo.

I got a lot of awesome fighting games in that console. Dragon Ball Z Super Butouden 2 & 3, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers The Fighting Edition, Yuu Yuu Hakusho Final - Makai Saikyou Retsuden, WWF Wrestlemania: The Arcade Game

Sega Mega Drive all the way baby. Nintendo has always been the kiddie console , censoring everything since the dawn of gaming practically. Where as Sega never felt the need for that kind of bullshit.

Also off topic but the Sega Game Gear also kicked the Gameboy's ass so fucking hard it still hurts even now.
