I'm not one of those people who make Trump a villain just because "he said something racist." I don't think he's actually racist, but does say the idiotic crap he says to get the racists to vote for him. Personally, Hillary is the more evil one. I mean, look at the things she's supported in the past. The things she's done. Her opinions change based on what the polls say.

If you're trying to figure out who to vote for, go for a third party if possible. Chewing on aluminium foil is a better alternative.

This idea that America is the world's policeman and that only brute force can change the world is the dangerous mindset that created ISIS in the first place. Bombing the hell out of every country we hate will only breed more anger and hostility towards us. The invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan were built on lies and made the entire region even more unstable than it already was. Only a delusional fool would say such tactics were a success and need to be repeated. Libya has turned into a giant jihadists training camp that brought ISIS into power. Guess who made Libya such a mess? We did. That psycho Hillary called it a success and is still saying we should do the same in Syria. Every time we go and try to "stop tyranny" in the Middle East, we give more land to terrorists. When these terrorists attack us, the crazy politicians always say that we should go bomb these countries again. What kind of logic is that?

People who say cutting back on military spending will destroy this nation are just fear mongering. We spend more on our military than the next 10 countries combined. Cutting back 1 or 2 billion dollars won't be enough to put China, Russia, or any other country on the planet anywhere close to us. We spend an excessive amount of money on our military and a lot of that money goes towards wars that we get ourselves into for no reason.

I think you're confused about Trump and Hillary's foreign policies. Your idea of blowing countries off the map to erase tyrants and terrorists is counterproductive and it's exactly the kind of thing that Hillary preaches 24/7. If you want a candidate who will repeat the same mistakes of the last 14 years and start a war in the name of democracy, you're better off supporting her. She's one of the most war-hungry major party candidates we've had in a long time. She makes Dick Cheney look like Gandhi. Trump's foreign policy is non-intervention for the most part. If Russia wants to waste their resources fighting a stupid war in Syria, he says we should let them. It's not our place to be in. This is surprisingly the only thing Trump has said throughout his entire campaign that makes sense. The only problem is that he's repeatedly called for murdering civilians just for being related to terrorists, which is a war crime. Other than that, he wants us to stay out of war. His position on war is closer to the libertarian position, which puts him closer to Gary Johnson. This is the only good thing I can ever say about Trump.

I can't believe it. A comment like this, on Crunchyroll, from a US-citizen (?) , I was sure I would never see this happen .
Oh, and I agree.

At least Hillary has a shred of common sense!

So building a fence rather than a wall is indicative of common sense?

Sorry to burst your delusion, but Hillary voted to build a wall on the US-Mexico border when she was a Senator. Unless of course you want to say she didn't mean it then in which case this is more evidence of her saying/doing anything to get elected.

Of Trump and Hillary, Hillary is by far the more evil, Trump is just a prick, Hillary is a pathological liar, corrupt, and uses her establishment ties and threats to place herself above the law abusing any authority she has for personal profit.

It shouldn't be that much of a surprise. That's been the growing sentiment here throughout the last decade. Many Americans are tired of war. People mostly go in the other direction when there's a terror attack and their emotions take over their reasoning. Then that feeling dies down a little, but not before the politicians use that anger to their advantage. The number of libertarian-leaning republicans (who are usually anti-war) in Congress has been increasing recently as well as democrats such as Bernie Sanders (although he's technically an independent) who feel the same way. Unfortunately, these guys are still in the minority and the hawks from both parties always do whatever they can to drag us into conflicts.

We're making progress, but sadly it looks like it'll take another decade of failed wars before the hawks learn their lesson. Especially when Hillary gets elected. The woman is insane. Trump is just as bad, but for different reasons. Although I wouldn't say he's as evil as Hillary. Just a troll who craves attention and doesn't mind making others suffer just to put his name on a building. If he does what he says he'll do, most of the damage will be just be within our borders.

It's astounding how the most hated republican and democrat presidential candidates in history succeeded in securing their party nominations during the same election.

I love how people from other countries keep up with United States politics! It just shows you the US is the center of the world and the most important country. <3

Pretty sure they keep up with US politics to ridicule us. Also saying the US is the most important country and that it's the center of the world is just arrogant and egotistic.

I'm not talking about only you I'm talking about most citizens. Entering Iraq and taking down Hussein wasn't the mistake it was actually justified and necessary, not for the "weapons of mass destruction" but because of Hussein's action's he had to go. The Obama Administration (INCLUDING HILLARY) is the reason things went bad. He followed ideas like johnson's that the war wasn't working then pulled troops, that destabilized the middle east, making a much bigger problem occur that we are now dealing with, ISIS.

the dictator kept the radicals in check. removing him caused chaos, with many radicals fighting over the region.

pretty much this:
"we had that war won.... and all we had to do to maintain victory was stay there forever. It's like when you win at a cassino, and to get the money you have to live there". - J. Stewart

humorous, yet true.

people blaming Obama for Bush's and Hillary's mistakes. why am i not surprised... >.>

As a Canadian I just have to say once again you Yanks are bringing to scare me just slightly. I mean you have always been mad rabid dogs kept in too small a kennel. But the world situation is far too fluid for me to put up with the usual instability you Yanks are known . Left , Right, Centre and so many other political positions it's hard to keep track of . Do you Yanks even know what you want ?

Cause every single election you lot go through this , and usually end up starting up yet another conflict. And while I have no qualms about slaughtering terrorists till the end of time if that is what it takes I believe in efficient use of force and power..something you Yanks haven't shown in my lifetime at least.

I rather thought the Yanks settled that question in April 9, 1865.

That means very little ya know, since the Yanks are a hell of a lot more buddy buddy with the Limeys these days then the Canadians are. And besides this way we got everything we wanted without the burden of being a country founded on bloodshed and warfare. I mean I rather like the fact our founding fathers weren't slave owning hypocrites like the Yanks were.
