When I was in High School, I went through this phase where I kept on saying cartoons are for children. Now I do nothing but watch cartoons and anime.

I changed my mind about cranberry juice. I used to hate it. Now I think it is rather tasty.

I used to never really pay much attention to how hard my parents worked at creating a good family environment and ensuring I had an enjoyable childhood.

Now that i'm older and see people with kids who are barely making ends meet... I realize how much work actually goes into that shit.

Sometimes I change my mind about being cheerful. I should just be my ol' hum-bug self.

When I was younger I thought that having a boyfriend and being happy was what everyone wanted, now I realize that I don't need to be in a relationship to be happy nor do I care about being in one for awhile

Someone who tries to promote socially progressive values, but often knows very little about such issues. For example, feminism and political correctness are both issues that are very often tackled by SJWs without them considering consequences of their actions or solutions to the supposed issues. I used to support political correctness, believing that certain words should not be allowed because they would hurt other people. I then realised how dangerous that could be, and how quickly we would be living in a world quite like George Orwell's 1984.

I find that political correctness is useful in politics, as a tool for politicians to avoid sounding radical, to avoid escalating matters, and to reach consensus and diplomacy. It's just professional. The average citizen can strive to be politically correct, if they want to, but it's not something they should be curbed by, or curb others by. Right-wing radicals should be given an outlet, a voice, so that they at least are left with the impression that they are heard, so as to avoid having them go ballistic on society, like, e.g. Breivik did.

I put this at 21:03 for some context, but he mentions that last bit I wrote about at 24:20. I feel that he can convey my point better.

Would you say that you have flipped your heal and done a full 180 from the point of political correctness, or, would you say that have you found a more balanced view regarding it?

This is a personal view.

I used to smoke weed. I think I let it consume my mind and I started to fall in paranoia. I realized if I continued to smoke I would of lost my mind. I don't fully blame marijuana I just thought it wasn't it a good thing to do anymore. I stopped and I don't think I could ever do it again. Ever. But right now I am pro-legalization of marijuana.

Coffee for sure. When I was a little kid I tried some that my sister made and almost threw up. Fast forward to now and I drink a cup a day.
