Hello!

I tried to login to my crunchyroll account today but my password isn't working and I can't seem to reset the password.
The reset password option tells me "There is no user with this email address."
I'm wondering if someone compromised my account and changed my email.

My Username is Shinzenn.

It'd be great if I could get some help. Thank you very much!

I suggest contacting customer support about this directly. You can use the /contact form to do that.

I've reverted the email change and randomized your password. Go through the password reset functionality to reclaim your account.

You should change your password on every site that you used with the same credentials. Your password was likely stolen in the hack of another website you used the same password/email combination for.

Check your devices list in the settings on Crunchyroll and remove any device you do not recognize. Also run a virus scan on all of your devices to make sure that it was not a local issue.
