Well one thing to do is to advertise or upload videos daily so that it the channel goes higher up on the search list.

Another problem might be that there are so many anime channels that people simply do not care anymore.

I think you have potential, your videos are certainly not bad but I think if you are really focused on growing your channel then you should focus on uploading more frequently and improving the quality every single time you upload. If you go back to the beginning of most YouTube channels you can see a major improvement in their editing and content so I think the more you upload the more you will be able to find a style that works for you and that grabs attention

checked out your videos and they couldn't make me stay for more than 1 minute.

plus, growing on youtube isn't easy. don't expect a thousand subscribers just because you uploaded one video.

The only advice I can give you is keep making the videos that you are already doing and eventually people will come, don't focus too much on subs as this will discourage you, also ask your audience to give you feedback on what they thought of specific videos and how you can improve it. Speaking clearly also helps and also make sure that the music isn't too loud in the background when you're talking as it makes it difficult for people to hear you.

Hope this helps and good luck on your channel

Here's an idea..... don't do it

If you look for monetization, subs, views, don't waste ur time. Unless you feel the honesty and hardwork that you put into your videos.

YouTube is a giant battle ground, and if you haven't secured your spot now, best of luck for your future endeavours.

If you have quality content it will grow. If it has shit content it will not. Typically a large delay between uploading and it being added to recommended lists.

I personally don't subscribe except to people I REALLY look forward to seeing new stuff on.

So I looked at your channel and there is nothing of value on there. Why do I as a random internet denizen care about your opinions on anime or watching you do some personality test? I don't nor would I ever look at it outside of answering this question.

If you want to have people go to your channel create something of value or something that is so shit people go there just to see how bad it is. Look at this dude and the stuff he creates it makes you want to watch it:

https://www.youtube.com/user/HarryPartridge/videos

This is one of harry's most popular videos and it was one of his lowest effort videos:

I think the only thing you need to do is be more excited a bit in your videos. Go into more details on the topic you are doing.

Don't ask! Just do it! If it doesn't work then whatever.
You're just setting yourself up for harsh non-constructive criticism from people who also don't know the answer.

It's too early to know anyway. If you look at popular youtuber's early videos, they can be cringeworthy.
You have room to improve. Nobody gets out there and starts wreckin' house. It can also depend on location. As it was explained to me. Youtube shows your videos to people in your area first. People outside of your area will have to dig. (although I don't know how if that's a factor still. Youtube may have changed it but I don't know.)

Top list video are extremely common so unless you are BuzzFeed or another well established channel they probably aren't going to get much attention. To be honest personality tests aren't all that interest of a topic for videos.

I'd suggest you flesh out your opinions more before hand and create an outline to look at while recording to keep you on topic and sound less rambly.

Editing, download your images before hand instead of screen capping your browser, it will look a lot more professional. If you must screen cap, try OBS it's free and it won't insert "trial version" messages in your videos. The audio sounds tinny, so may want to either check your levels or your microphone cause it's either clipping or the mic is broke or of poor quality.

Thats a good point. Doing personality tests and stuff like that is fine, but a prerequisite for that is having an audience. Some rando online isn't going to really care about a personality test you are taking. To make someone care, they need to first care about you (although making that kind of content still gets you into the trap of pandering to your audience instead of broadening it).

You need to give the random person online a reason to care about you and your opinions more than the 100s of other channels out there. Whether you do that by making really in depth arguments about things or being funny or making animations for your videos or something else entirely doesn't really matter, but you need to do something.

You're clearly a beginner. Subscriptions don't fall from the sky, and the anime community is not obligated to support you willy-nilly. Earn support through your merits and effort. It will take years for beginners to rise to any semblance of popularity, should it ever happen. Take note that most of the notorious, "big" channels have been around for, at least, five years. Nothing happens overnight, and YouTube is Darwinistic. Not everyone will ever become famous, and even famous channels do crash and burn. You have thousands upon millions worth of competition.
