Hi, I've redeemed two guest passes from a friend in the past week in the hopes of watching new episodes of Love Live, and whilst they've still gone through the system and it says the order is complete; I'm not receiving the premium+ benfits? The site still appears and functions as if I were a free member.

Is this exclusive to me, or a wider known problem?

If you're looking for the new season of Love Live, it's on Funimation.com, not CR.

Not if one is in the UK, which appears to be the case for the person you responded to:

TARDISToby's problem appears to be strictly related to not getting premium benefits with the guest pass. As this is not the first post I've seen on this recently, I suspect the guest pass system is broken on the redemption side.

This is my exact issue, thank-you for putting it into words. I only hope something is done about this soon. I know guest passes aren't a guarantee from the premium experience, but when I told my friend it wasn't working he did seem quite disappointed.
