Just don't be cooking soups or stews

That's okay, because air conditioning is sexist anyway.

Be Sonic. He is way past cool.

be mostly naked and use a spray bottle on your chest and arms periodically. The evaporation will help cool you.

Also if possible try to close all blinds and curtains. Not allowing natural heat from the sun inside will cool you by several degrees.

Wet towel/shirt over your head. Re-soak every time it gets too hot.

Buying a fan seems like your best bet.

Go for a long ride with the AC on and book a night in a nice motel/hotel (with air conditioning).

cut vent holes in a bucket, throw ice in it, then put a fan on top to blow air out through the vent holes

I don't live with air conditioning so I'm used to that. It was hot today so we went for a swim in the lido ( local outdoor pool). I'd just take showers. I had 3 showers the other day, one in the morning, one after lunch and one in the evening. I also haven't closed my windows for the entire week. I'm fortunate that where I live I can do that without worrying about being burgled.

I'd go for the opened windows if possible and wear minimal clothing indoors plus enjoy your showers.

Bottles of ice in the freezer.
When it's too hot, take one, and hug it until it's not cold anymore.
Put water bottle back in, take ice bottle out.
Repeat till summer is over.

Go into a basement?

and if you don't have one. You should probably get your priorities straight

After sunset open a bunch of windows and turn on every fan. Some near the windows to suck air in if possible. Leave it like this all night then get up early and close all the windows and shut every curtain/blind/etc to minimize the light that gets in.

Depending on your insulation and climate this can be almost as good as AC.

On the personal level there's always stripping naked with a fan pointed right at you. Or going out. Preferably not naked.

Buy a fan if you don't have one and stay on the first floor of the house (heat rises - so upper levels will be hotter).
