The type of food that people bring to you and you can just sit back and watch some anime.

You'd be crazy to drink soup from a can, I don't want to slice my lips up.

Unless of course you're Yoshiharu Hisomu from KIZNAIVER. Then you'd want to.

The ones that go directly into your gut. I saw this a lot while in a hospital. I mean no disrespect to people with those, but I think it'd be cool if in the future we don't even need to put food in our mouth or food can be condensed into a single pill.

Being lazy is not the only reason some can't or won't chew food. Illness or disabilities or not having any teeth make eating/chewing food extremely difficult if not impossible.

Smoothies, milkshakes, milk, juice, soups, porridge, jello, icecream are all foods that fit the description. When I had tonsillitis I lived on water, smoothies and frozen yoghurt for two weeks. I could only manage to swallow after using painkillers.

Oh we also get cooked kidney beans, sweetcorn, passata etc in cartons.

here's some soup
